About Me

Amelia Green is an experienced Australian/Canadian actor based in Sydney, Australia. She is most often sought out for her strengths in comedy and character roles, as seen in her most recent work in the mockumentary Part-Time Serial Killer and short workplace comedy Stage Fright. Her sultry charisma adds fascinating qualities to the charmingly offbeat characters she plays along with a quirky edginess that can be either fun and hilarious or raw and emotional. Amelia is perfect as the comedic lead, the best friend, the intellectual professional or the awkward oddball.

Amelia currently hones her on-screen craft with highly acclaimed dialogue coach, Kristina Sexton of On Set Coaching. Her previous years of training expands from working with Les Chantery at the Actor’s Station, to the Chubbuck Technique under Anthony Brandon Wong, as well as self taping coaching with renowned casting director Micaeley Gibson and several years at The National Acting School under Bobby Farquhar.

Amelia’s body of work includes a number of theatrical endeavours in both plays (Puffs - Holroyd Musical & Dramatic Society) and musicals (Strictly Ballroom - Canberra Philharmonic Society). She has also done voice over work and, as a highly skilled writer and director, Amelia has produced much of her own work for the

screen including shorts Emus & Bananas the award winning The Meowling of Apartment 6 which she helmed as director.

Outside of acting, Amelia brings strengths as a swimmer and snow skier and musical talent as a singer and flautist. In her downtime, she enjoys cosplaying, traversing the imaginary worlds of Dungeons and Dragons and playing video games and board games with her friends. Amelia’s devotion to her craft is matched only by her eagerness to achieve her goals and she brings this insatiable passion to every project she has the pleasure of working on.
